Cancellation Policy
Booking Process: Clients can easily book sessions through our online booking system on the website or by contacting us via email at support@staffscoutke.com Appointment Duration: Each career coaching session is scheduled for a standard duration of 60-90 minutes. Cancellation Policy: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking through either our secure online payment system or MPesa. Late Arrivals: Sessions will start at the scheduled time, even if the client arrives late. Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance if they anticipate being late. Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only for cancellations made within the stipulated notice period. Refunds are not applicable for completed sessions. Session Packages: Clients may purchase session packages at a discounted rate. Package sessions are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Privacy and Confidentiality: We uphold strict privacy and confidentiality standards for all booking-related communications. Information shared during the booking process is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Follow-Up Sessions: Follow-up sessions can be scheduled during ongoing sessions or through our online booking system for added convenience.
